About us

At Old Fashioned Firewood our mission is simple: to make firewood that is dependable, and trustworthy. We’re committed to providing homes and businesses with locally sourced, quality, seasoned hardwood that burns clean and lasts longer — all backed by fair pricing and honest service.

We’re a family business based out of Byron, Minnesota. With over 27 years in the logging industry, Josh decided to expand his services to supplying quality wood to heat your home, gather your friends, or toast the perfect S’mores. While Josh is cutting, his sons, William and Colton handle the splitting, processing and packaging of our products.

We believe in building long-term business relations that keep our customers and southern Minnesota warm, one bundle at a time.

Do you deliver to my location?

We service locations within 45 miles of Byron, Minnesota. If you have a large order (1+ cords) and are outside our service area, call 507-271-0353. There is a $50 per cord delivery fee.

Yes. You can pick up your order at our Byron, Minnesota location. Please call to verify a date and time. Note: we are located on a gravel road.
